Yes. Our frameworks are built for African markets broadly. We have experience in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, the US, and the UK, and can advise on market-to-market adaptation for organisations expanding across borders.
Most engagements are 90 days minimum. Positioning and go-to-market work can be structured as focused 4–6 week projects. Growth acceleration work typically runs on a 3-month retainer with clear milestones. We don't do open-ended retainers without defined outcomes.
Both. Positioning audits, brand teardowns, and go-to-market blueprints are available as standalone projects. Ongoing execution support (paid media management, growth systems, analytics) runs as retainers. We'll recommend the right structure after the initial audit call.
